The Rollz Motion Performance front wheels have been redesigned. Originally, all four wheels were pneumatic. Due to the small size of the front wheels and the associated difficult repair in case of a flat tire, the manufacturer switched the front wheels to puncture-proof, foam-filled tires. These consist of a soft, shock-absorbing material that offers a comfortable ride – similar to pneumatic tires – but without the risk of a flat or the need to refill air.
The rear wheels are still equipped with pneumatic tires and feature an integrated drum brake. The pneumatic tires provide an especially smooth ride as they adapt well to surface irregularities and effectively dampen vibrations. This significantly increases ride comfort, especially outdoors or on uneven paths.
📦 Scope of delivery:
- 2 foam-filled front wheels including axle (puncture-proof, maintenance-free)
- 2 pneumatic rear wheels with drum brake (with valve, check tire pressure regularly)
ℹ️ Usage notes:
The combination of pneumatic rear wheels and foam-filled front wheels offers a very good balance between comfort, safety, and low maintenance. For the pneumatic rear wheels, regular air pressure checks are important, especially if you use rim brakes, to maintain braking performance.
If you need assistance changing the wheels, you can do the conversion yourself or get help at a bike shop.
