Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. Please send the package in suitable packaging to our warehouse.
Note: Please ensure that you return each item in the condition in which you received it. This means that new items must also be new, unused, and complete when you return them. Used items must not show any additional signs of wear or damage. This also applies to the packaging. Please unpack the package carefully and do not seal it excessively when returning. Otherwise, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
