Application of the RC-Cornet®

To use the RC-Cornet®, place the mouthpiece in your mouth and seal it with your lips. Then, slowly inhale through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth while holding the mouthpiece. This creates a gentle pressure in the bronchi that treats the airways (OPEP breathing therapy).
