Use of the RC-Cornet®
To use the RC-Cornet®, place the mouthpiece and enclose it with your lips. Then breathe in slowly through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth while holding the mouthpiece firmly. This creates a gentle pressure in the bronchi that treats the airways (OPEP breathing therapy).
It is recommended to use the RC-Cornet® 3 times daily for 2 to 5 minutes in case of acute mucus accumulation. You will feel a positive effect on your airways after the first use of the RC-Cornet®, as the stubborn bronchial mucus is loosened.
