Parkinson Rollator Rollz Motion Rhythm with Adjustable Cues

Do you have a neurological gait disorder? The Rollz Motion Rhythm supports you with visual, acoustic, and vibrating signals. These stimuli encourage a smooth walking rhythm.
- Acoustic signal for smooth step speed
- Visual signal to lengthen step length
- Tactile signal for a consistent walking rhythm
- Overcoming gait blockages
- Optimal for walking exercises
- Smartphone app for detailed settings
This rollator is designed for patients with certain neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease. Several stimuli are available to help initiate the first or next step or maintain a specific walking rhythm.
This sturdy Parkinson rollator prevents falls that may occur due to balance disorders, while the cues help overcome rigid or habitual gait patterns. A projected laser line can encourage you to break through stiffness, and a metronome tone or repetitive vibration in the handles helps regulate walking speed.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm for a Smooth Walking Rhythm
The Rollz Motion Rhythm is a rollator specially developed for people suffering from neurological gait disorders.
Whether you
- have an irregular, too slow, or too fast walking rhythm.
- have foot drop weakness.
- have a shortened step length.
- simply stop while walking.
- stop while walking and tap your feet in place.
You can activate up to three signals on the rollator to improve your gait pattern. The illumination of a green laser line in front of your rollator prompts you to lift your foot over the line. This can increase your step length and also encourages lifting the foot. The sounding of rhythmic tones encourages you to increase or decrease your walking speed, making your walking rhythm smoother. You can additionally support the tones with rhythmic vibrations in the handles. The vibrations also encourage maintaining a smooth and regular walking rhythm.
Ask your occupational therapist or physiotherapist for the correct settings. The signals can be very well integrated into walking exercises. And with the help of the Rollz app, your therapist can adjust the settings of your Rollz Motion Rhythm—even while you are doing the walking exercises. This way, the signals can be optimally adapted to your walking rhythm. The app is available for Android and soon for iOS.
With the wheelchair package and footrest set as accessories, you can also use the Rollz Motion Rhythm as a rollator wheelchair.

Laser Cue for the Parkinson RollatorA green laser line is projected onto the floor to stimulate breaking stiffness and improve step length and walking speed. |
Sound Cue of the Parkinson RollatorA metronome signals the preferred step speed. The audible rhythm helps regulate walking speed. |
Vibration Cue of the Parkinson RollatorThe handles of the Parkinson rollator vibrate in rhythm with the steps. A major advantage of this tactile signal is that it is not perceived by bystanders. |
Relearning to Walk
Use in Rehabilitation Programs
This versatile Parkinson rollator can be used by physiotherapists and other professionals in the rehabilitation process of patients who have suffered neurological or mobility impairments. This includes people who have been in a coma, suffer from multiple sclerosis or other neurological diseases, need support, or need to relearn walking.

Overcoming Stiffness in Walking Movement.
Cues are meant to attract attention and prompt action
In Parkinson's patients, there can be sudden, brief, and temporary episodes of inability to move the feet forward despite the intention to walk. This can lead to the characteristic appearance of the feet making rapid stepping movements in place. This can be overcome with a trigger or cue on the Parkinson rollator.
Unique Combination
No Parkinson's patient is like another, so how could one rollator work for everyone?
The three impulses of the Parkinson rollator can be combined in different ways and activated or deactivated on the go. This way, you always have the right impulse at the right moment.
Additionally, each signal can be precisely adjusted in terms of speed, intensity, and duration to individual needs. This way, every Parkinson's patient can use the device at their own pace.

App for Rollz Motion Rhythm
Preventing Habituation
With the Rollz app, the signals can be further personalized. Some Parkinson's patients may become habituated when they perceive the same repetitive signals over time. They still see, hear, or feel the signals but no longer respond to them.
As a countermeasure, the pitch of the metronome and the signal activation in the app can be mixed to create a random pattern. The variation and unpredictability prevent habituation.
The Rollz Parkinson Rollator app is free for Android and iOS and very easy to use.

Adjustable
Advanced and intelligent control of cues
Besides changing the combination of speed and cues, which can also be set on the Parkinson rollator itself, the app allows the user to change the intensity, duration, and predictability of the cues. These variables can be easily adapted to the user's preferences.
The patient can adjust the settings based on their own experience or in accordance with their therapy program. If a therapist is involved, the settings can be precisely tailored to the patient's training goals.

Wireless
Synchronization with the phone
The app can be used to provide signals synchronized with the rollator. While the smartphone is wirelessly connected to the Rollz Motion Rhythm, it can vibrate and/or play the metronome together with the Parkinson rollator to increase the intensity of the signals.
The signals can also be played only on the smartphone. This allows connecting headphones to hear the metronome undisturbed. The user's surroundings will not notice that the signal is on when this function is used.
Features
Especially stable and comfortable
The Rollz Motion Rhythm, a special version of the Rollz Motion, is also an extremely maneuverable rollator that offers unmatched stability. The large wheels easily overcome obstacles, and a folding mechanism allows compact transport of the Parkinson rollator.
All Rollz Motion rollators can be converted into a Rollz Motion Rhythm by adding the rhythm module and replacing the handles. This means the Rollz Motion Rhythm is available in all five elegant colors of the Rollz Motion and Rollz Motion Performance.

Accessories
Additional lasers, delay brakes, wheelchair attachment.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm Parkinson rollator can be equipped with two additional lasers. The projected lines then swing left or right and help to walk a curve.
Some patients suffer from festination, causing their walking speed to increase. Delay brakes regulate the speed of the rollator and increase safety.
With the wheelchair attachment, the Rollz Motion Rhythm can be transformed from a rollator into a wheelchair within 30 seconds. This is ideal when the user becomes tired and wants to be pushed further.
