Parkinson-Rollator Rollz Motion Rhythm with customizable hints

Do you have a neurological gait disorder? The Rollz Motion Rhythm supports you with visual, acoustic, and vibrating signals. These stimuli stimulate a fluid walking rhythm.
- Acoustic signal for liquid step speed
- Visual signal for extension of stride length
- Tangible signal for a consistent walking rhythm
- Release of gang blockages
- Optimal for walking exercises
- Smartphone app for detailed settings
This walker is designed for patients with certain neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease. Several stimuli are available to help take the first or next step or to maintain a specific walking rhythm.
This stable Parkinson walker prevents falls that may occur due to balance disorders, while the cues help to overcome rigid or entrenched gait patterns. A projected laser line can encourage you to break through rigidity, and a metronome sound or a repetitive vibration in the handles helps to determine the walking pace.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm for a smooth walking rhythm
The Rollz Motion Rhythm is a walker specifically designed for people suffering from neurological gait disorders.
No matter whether you
- to have an irregular, too slow or too fast walking rhythm.
- to have a foot drop.
- Your stride length is shortened.
- just stop while walking.
- stop while walking and tap your feet in place.
You can activate up to three signals on the walker to improve your walking pattern. The illumination of a green laser line in front of your walker prompts you to lift your foot over the line. This allows you to increase your stride length while also encouraging you to lift your foot. The sound of rhythmic tones encourages you to increase or decrease your walking speed. This makes your walking rhythm smoother. You can additionally support the tones with rhythmic vibrations at the handles. The vibrations also encourage you to maintain a smooth and regular walking rhythm.
Ask your occupational therapist or physiotherapist about the correct settings. The signals can be easily integrated into walking exercises. And with the help of the Rollz app, your therapist can adjust the settings of your Rollz Motion Rhythm. And this can even be done while you are performing the walking exercises. This way, the signals can be optimally adjusted to your walking rhythm. The app is available for Android and soon also for iOS.
With the wheelchair package as an accessory, you can also use the Rollz Motion Rhythm as a rollator wheelchair.

Laser Pointer for the Parkinson WalkerA green laser line is projected onto the floor to stimulate the breaking of rigidity and improve stride length and walking speed. |
Tone hint of the Parkinson walkerA metronome signals the preferred walking speed. The audible rhythm helps to regulate the walking pace. |
Vibrations-Notice of the Parkinson WalkerThe handles of the Parkinson walker vibrate in rhythm with the step. A major advantage of this tactile signaler is that it is not perceived by bystanders. |
Relearning to walk
Use in rehabilitation programs
This versatile Parkinson walker can be used by physiotherapists and other professionals in the rehabilitation process of patients who have suffered neurological or mobility impairments. This includes individuals who have been in a coma, suffer from multiple sclerosis or other neurological conditions, who need support or need to relearn how to walk.

Find the rhythm again with the push of a button
Simple setting and activation without help or with your therapist.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm Parkinson walker is built on the same framework as the Rollz Motion, to which an electronic module has been added that provides visual, auditory, and tactile stimuli.
"These stimuli are triggered when one of the buttons on the handles is pressed. Your therapist can help you choose the combination, frequency, duration, and intensity of the stimuli to match your individual situation perfectly."

Overcoming stiffness in running movement.
"Hints should attract attention and encourage action."
In Parkinson's patients, there can be sudden, brief, and temporary episodes of inability to move the feet forward, even though they intend to walk. This can lead to the characteristic appearance of the feet making rapid stepping movements in place. This can be overcome with a trigger or cue on the Parkinson's walker.
Unique combination
"No Parkinson's patient is like the other, so how could a walker work for everyone?"
The three impulses of the Parkinson walker can be combined and activated (deactivated) in different ways while on the go. This way, you always have the right impulse at the right moment.
"In addition, each signal can be precisely adjusted to individual needs in terms of speed, intensity, and duration. In this way, every person with Parkinson's can use the device at their own pace."

App for Rollz Motion Rhythm
Prevent habituation
"With the Rollz app, the signals can be further personalized. In certain Parkinson patients, there can be a habituation when they perceive the same, repetitive signals over time. They may still see, hear, or feel the signals, but they no longer react to them."
"As a countermeasure, the pitch of the metronome and the signal activation in the app can be mixed to create a random pattern. The variation and unpredictability prevent habituation."
The Rollz Parkinson Rollator App is available for free on Android and iOS and is very easy to use.

Customizable
Extended and intelligent control of the hints
In addition to changing the combination of speed and cues, which can also be adjusted on the Parkinson walker itself, the app also allows the user to change the intensity, duration, and predictability of the cues. These variables can be easily tailored to the user's preferences.
The patient can adjust the settings based on their own experiences or in accordance with their therapy program. If a therapist is involved, the settings can be precisely tailored to the patient's training goals.

Wireless
Synchronization with the phone
The app can be used to provide signals in sync with the walker. While the smartphone is wirelessly connected to the Rollz Motion Rhythm, it can vibrate and/or play the metronome along with the Parkinson walker to increase the intensity of the signals.
The signals can also be played only on the smartphone. This allows for connecting headphones to hear the metronome more undisturbed. The user's environment will not notice that the signal is on when this feature is used.
Characteristics
Especially stable and comfortable
The Rollz Motion Rhythm, a special version of the Rollz Motion, is also an extremely maneuverable walker that offers unparalleled stability. The large wheels easily overcome obstacles, and a folding mechanism allows for compact transport of the Parkinson walker.
All Rollz Motion walkers can be converted into a Rollz Motion Rhythm by adding the Rhythm module and changing the handles. This means that the Rollz Motion Rhythm is available in all five elegant colors of the Rollz Motion and Rollz Motion Performance.

Accesories
Additional laser, delay brakes, wheelchair fastening.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm Parkinson walker can be equipped with two additional lasers. The projected lines then swing left or right and help to navigate a curve.
"Some patients suffer from festination, causing their walking speed to increase. Delay brakes regulate the speed of the walker and enhance safety."
With the wheelchair attachment, the Rollz Motion Rhythm can be transformed from a walker into a wheelchair in 30 seconds. This is ideal when the user gets tired and wants to be pushed further.
