Dismantle/assemble brake caliper
Dismantling
Turn the walker around and place it on the handrail. Now loosen the screws on both handles with a 4 mm* Allen key.
* The instructions from Saljol state 2 mm, but 4 mm is the correct size.
Now you can remove the brake bracket.
Keep the brake holder along with the screws in case you want to reuse the brake.
Montage
To reattach the brake bracket, insert the bracket into the designated holes (image above) and tighten the two screws on the brake lever.

can I buy it with a prescription?
Since the Saljol indoor rollator is specifically designed for indoor use, it does not have a medical device number. This number is required in Germany for a medical device to be recognized by statutory health insurance and billed through a prescription. Unfortunately, without this medical device number, it is not possible to obtain the Saljol indoor rollator on prescription. Instead, the rollator must be paid for entirely out of pocket as a personal expense. This means that the costs cannot be covered by the health insurance, and the buyer must finance the purchase privately.
