Bauerfeind ManuTrain
Wrist bandage with individually adjustable stabilization level
- Reduces pain
- Relieves and stabilizes with every movement
- Features an individually adjustable stabilization
The anatomically shaped Bauerfeind ManuTrain active bandage for the wrist supports, stabilizes, and massages. The three-dimensional knit fits comfortably, does not slip, and promotes blood circulation. Two pads reduce pressure on nerves and vessels. By optionally using the palmar splint, the stabilizing effect of the active bandage can be adjusted to different degrees.
Irritation, tenosynovitis, acute injuries or chronic wear: The ManuTrain active bandage from Bauerfeind supports the essential training for mobility in the treatment of wrist pain. It helps to avoid incorrect movements and overload. At the same time, it promotes metabolism with a constant alternating pressure massage so that the injured wrist becomes pain-free and flexible again more quickly.

Wrist pain can affect anyone
From tendon sheath inflammation due to repetitive strain, through acute injury or surgery, to chronic degenerative disease: the causes of wrist pain are as diverse as the people affected: the IT expert with mouse hand, the gymnast with a strain, or the retiree with osteoarthritis.
The individual need for stabilization can vary greatly depending on the day and healing process. However, it is important for every diagnosis to be able to move the wrist again as soon as possible. Our ManuTrain hand bandage supports this.
Get fit again faster and active with less pain
With an additional splint and a Velcro strap, the stabilization of the ManuTrain active bandage can be individually adjusted. The seamless comfort zone between thumb and index finger allows comfortable gripping; an ergonomic pad, the so-called pelotte, protects nerves and vessels from pressure. The breathable knit of the ManuTrain wrist bandage is made from a special yarn developed by Bauerfeind. It is easy to care for, washable, and breathable: this prevents annoying sweating.
During movement, the hand bandage promotes metabolism through constant alternating pressure massage. This helps reduce swelling and actively relieves pain: the wrist can recover "in active use." This accelerates the development of supporting muscles while slowing the progression of chronic diseases such as osteoarthritis.

Care instructions
All Train active bandages can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30 °C with liquid detergent. Please observe the following instructions:
- For products with Velcro straps, these should be removed if possible or firmly fastened at the designated spot.
- Pads or splints should also be removed before washing, if possible.
It is recommended to use a laundry bag (spin cycle: maximum 500 revolutions per minute). Air dry your Train active bandage and do not use a dryer, as this may impair the knit.
Please wash your Train active bandage regularly to maintain the compression of the knit.
