Stabilizing knee brace for knee complaints
GenuTrain P3 stabilizes the kneecap when standing upright or sideways through a special functional pad, a lateral wedge, and corrective straps. A alternating pressure massage supports the reduction of swelling, helps relieve pain, and improves coordination. In addition, GenuTrain P3 gives your knee the necessary security for healing-promoting movement.

Guidance for the kneecap
Knee peculiarities, such as a high or lateral position of the kneecap, as well as overload, can lead to pain in the front of the knee. To relieve pain and accelerate the healing process, it may be useful to stabilize the knee joint.
GenuTrain P3 features a specially shaped functional pad. It relieves the kneecap during movement together with the guidance of the corrective pull and keeps it in the correct glide path. A lateral wedge relieves the ligaments that exert pull on the kneecap. Thanks to its anatomical shape, the GenuTrain P3 fits comfortably and holds its position securely.
Keep moving
GenuTrain P3 activates the leg muscles and improves their coordination. It applies alternating pressure during movement, which enhances movement perception. The bandage promotes metabolism, reduces swelling, and helps relieve pain.
This allows your knee to recover during movement and accelerates muscle building. The GenuTrain P3 thus counteracts conditions of the kneecap or irritations of the knee joint accordingly. It enables you to start physiotherapy early and engage in gentle training.

Care instructions
All Train active bandages can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30 °C with liquid detergent. Please observe the following notes:
- For products with Velcro fasteners, remove them if possible or fasten them securely in the intended place. If possible, pads or splints should also be removed before washing.
- It is recommended to use a laundry bag (spin cycle: maximum 500 revolutions per minute). Air dry your Train active bandage and do not use a dryer, as this can damage the knit.
Please wash your Train active bandage regularly to maintain the compression of the knit.
