This stable Parkinson's rollator prevents falls that could occur due to balance problems, while the cues help overcome rigid or entrenched gait patterns. A projected laser line can encourage you to break a rigidity, and a metronome tone or repetitive vibration in the handles can help determine walking pace.

The Rollz Motion Rhythm for a fluid walking rhythm

The Rollz Motion Rhythm is a rollator that was specially developed for people who suffer from neurological gait disorders.

No matter whether you

You can switch on up to three signals on the rollator to improve your gait. The flashing of a green laser line in front of your walker prompts you to lift your foot over the line. This will make your walking rhythm more fluid. You can also support the tones with rhythmic vibrations on the handles. Prevent habituation

With the Rollz app, the signals can be personalized even further. Certain Parkinson's patients may experience habituation if they experience the same, repetitive signals over time. They still see, hear or feel the signals, but they no longer react to them.

As a countermeasure, the metronome pitch and signal activation can be mixed in the app to create a random pattern. The variation and unpredictability prevents habituation.

Advanced and intelligent control of hints

In addition to changing the combination of speed and cues, which can also be set on the Parkinson's rollator itself, the app also allows the user to change the intensity, duration and predictability of the cues. These variables can be easily adjusted to the user's preferences.

The patient can adjust the settings based on their own experience or in accordance with their therapy program. When a therapist is involved, the settings can be tailored precisely to the patient's training goals.

Wireless

Synchronization with the phone

The app can be used to give the signals synchronously with the rollator. While the smartphone is wirelessly connected to the Rollz Motion Rhythm, it can vibrate and/or play the metronome along with the Parkinson's rollator to increase the intensity of the signals.

The signals can also only be played on the smartphone. This allows headphones to be connected to listen to the metronome more privately. The user's surroundings will not notice that the signal is on when this function is used.

Accesories

The Rollz Motion Rhythm Parkinson rollator can be equipped with two additional lasers. The projected lines then pan left or right, helping to make a curve.

Some patients experience festination, so their walking speed increases. Deceleration brakes regulate the speed of the rollator and increase safety.

With the wheelchair attachment, the Rollz Motion Rhythm can be transformed from a rollator into a wheelchair within 30 seconds. This is ideal when the user gets tired and wants to be pushed further.
