For this reason, we do not market our pillows like other providers. We do not want to lie to our valued customers. Instead, we listen to them attentively and strive to be honest and sincere. We are sellers, but we want to offer more than just goods. We want to provide unique experiences: pleasant feelings through our products and heartwarming experiences through our service and our attitude.
Most customers are friendly when they contact us. However, sometimes we receive emails that are more like messages to a machine: "Where is my order?" or "Send me a return label." I understand this, as many online sellers operate like machines and respond in an automated way. We try to do something different. Although we are an online seller, we put a lot of thought into how we can treat our customers with care and human attention. In fact, we are people behind the screens.
